1. Agreement to These Terms
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request services, or
consent to receive text messages from us. By using this site or opting in to
receive messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of legacybuildersntx.com and any forms, chat tools, calls, and text messages you use to communicate with us. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who We Are
Legacy Builders of North Texas is the assumed name of MG3 Legacy Management LLC, a Texas limited liability company. MG3 Legacy Management LLC was formerly known as Flash Mob Photo Booth Rentals, LLC. Both names refer to the same legal entity operating under the same federal tax identification number.
References to "we," "us," and "our" mean MG3 Legacy Management LLC doing business as Legacy Builders of North Texas.
3. Our Services
We provide residential roofing and exterior restoration services in North Texas, including roof replacement and repair, gutters, fascia and soffit carpentry, exterior and interior painting, fence staining, concrete, patios and pergolas, remodeling, and permanent exterior lighting.
Information on this site is general in nature. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular outcome for your property.
4. Inspections, Estimates and Proposals
Property inspections are provided at no cost and carry no obligation. Any written assessment, estimate, or proposal we provide is based on conditions observed at the time of inspection.
Pricing in a proposal is valid for the period stated in that proposal. Scope and price may change if concealed conditions are discovered once work begins; any such change will be documented and presented to you before the additional work proceeds.
A signed contract, not a proposal or an estimate, governs any work we perform.
5. Insurance Claims
We document property damage, prepare photographic records, and meet with your insurance adjuster to walk through our findings.
We are a contractor. We are not a public insurance adjuster and we do not negotiate, adjust, or settle claims on your behalf. All decisions regarding your claim are made between you and your insurance carrier.
We do not waive, absorb, rebate, or otherwise pay any portion of your insurance deductible. Doing so is a criminal offense in Texas.
6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Legacy Builders of North Texas sends text messages to homeowners who have requested a property inspection or who have work in progress with us. Messages include inspection scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, inspection updates, project status updates, and direct replies to questions you send us.
How you opt in. You opt in by submitting the inspection request form on legacybuildersntx.com and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on that form. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request an inspection, receive a proposal, or hire us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your inspection or project.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may still receive email and phone communication about your project.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network availability. We cannot guarantee delivery.
Privacy. Information you provide when opting in is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we do not purchase or use rented lead lists.
7. Use of This Website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract data from it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photographs, drone footage, project documentation, logos, and marks including "Legacy Builders of North Texas," "Legacy Lights of North Texas," "Legacy Shield," and "Built to Last. Rooted in Legacy." — is our property or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.
Project photographs are published with homeowner permission. City and general area are identified; homeowner names, street addresses, and claim information are never published.
9. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party websites, including manufacturer and certification pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
10. Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this site.
Warranties on completed work are set out in your signed contract and in the applicable manufacturer warranty documents. Nothing on this website modifies or extends those warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, MG3 Legacy Management LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits our obligations under a signed contract for work performed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
